Elisa Lochi's tattoo and piercing studio in Schlanders needed a professional, bilingual presence with its own enquiry management. It became a fast, privacy-friendly website in German and Italian, with an enquiry form that adapts to the service, and a backend that Elisa maintains herself.

Bilingual website
A fast landing in German and Italian with automatic language detection. Sections for the studio, services, FAQ and newsletter, plus imprint and privacy, all bilingual.
Smart enquiry form
The form adapts its fields to the service, from custom tattoo through fine art to piercing. Upload up to three reference images, sent via AJAX with animation, everything lands structured in the system.
Self-service backend
Elisa maintains content, team and texts through an editor herself, bilingually. Password reset with no developer, changes possible any time.
Enquiries under control
An inbox with status from new to done, assignment to the artist, plus a customer portal where clients see their own enquiries.
Automation
Cookieless first-party analytics, a newsletter with confirmation mail, its own inbox and mail sending right in the backend, IndexNow push automatic.
SEO & AI visibility
Structured data as a tattoo studio, a sitemap with hreflang, llms.txt and open doors for AI crawlers. So the studio shows up on Google and in AI answers.
The studio has a fast, compliant website in two languages through which enquiries arrive structured and with reference images. Content, newsletter, inbox and SEO run in its own backend, with no agency step in between.
